Courting a house

All what we need is faction that is willing to come all the way to Iota and help us sometimes to raid Iota and try to destroy nomads.

We could make event out of that, with keepers or without them to RP something, explore or shoot npcs.. don't know really.

Correction, all we need is a faction that we can get to be so angry at the nomads they attack. Sometimes the enemy of my enemy is not my friend, just because they kill iota doesnt necessarily mean they must ally/befriend us

Correction, you can't kill Iota.. if there won't be any RP that is meaningful for us I don't see the point in this.

The entire point is for the order to work to defeat the nomads. Im saying that if we manage to get houses enraged against the nomads (covert ops, propaganda, civilian rioting) and attack them, they are helping us. Most arguements here seem to be that houses don't want to be allied to the order

critius made a good distinction. We just need to create some sentiment in a house against the nomads. Popular sentiment.

Actually it's rather the Order who doesn't wish to be allied to the Houses - because in such way the Order'll become dependant on Houses, and later become involved into international politics (Ku-Br, Li-Rh wars, Rheinland revolts, Kusari corporate wars). Furthermore, Houses will leak out information on nomad researches they may use for their own research themselves, intergrating more nomad technology into use - something the Order wants to prevent. That's why the Order remains mostly closed organisation, reliant on covert operations and stealth, et cetera.

Unfortunately propaganda is barely efficient (bc noone bothers to answer it), as evidently shown by my efforts of propaganda in VF. :\
