Leadership changes

So tommy made a thread a week or so back, about which you probably know. He wanted to step down as faction leader because of RL issues, and nominate a new admirality. Firstly, I'll thank Tommy for being a good friend and a great leader for all this while, and I respect his decision.

we've talked a bit about it, and finally we've decided.

Here's the new command structure-

Hot Rod- fleet admiral
Sly Beetle- vice admiral
Mario (caja collister)-rear admiral
Michal Golanski (omicron)-Commodore
Tommy-Commodore

The Commodores shall assist us with leading the faction, and this'll reduce the dependancy of the faction on the admirals.

This will be to teach the new nominations the ins and outs of leading a faction, so they're ready for it in the future.
